Principal Hsieh Hsiu-hua brings to Ludong a long record of classroom teaching, school leadership, curriculum supervision, and educational innovation in Changhua County. Before leading Ludong Elementary School, she served in elementary schools and in the county education office, building experience across teaching, administration, curriculum, reading, outdoor education, and international education.
謝秀華校長具備豐富的教學、行政、課程督學與教育創新經驗。來到鹿東之前，她曾任國小教師、組長、主任、校長及彰化縣政府教育處課程督學，長期投入課程、閱讀、戶外教育與國際教育。
Her vision begins with children. In a fast-changing world, she believes students need the basic abilities to listen, speak, read, write, and think clearly. Just as important, they need character: courtesy, optimism, effort, curiosity, and the courage to explore what they do not yet know.
