This week brought the last two school-lunch days of the term. The Heren kitchen cooked up meals full of blessings and fun, sending the children into the summer holiday with plenty of energy.
本週是這學期供餐的最後兩天。和仁食堂特別準備了充滿祝福與歡樂的美味餐點，陪孩子們用滿滿元氣為學期畫下完美句點，迎接期待已久的暑假。
On 30 June — the "Have a Fun Summer" meal — cereal rice spelled out "FUN 假 HAPPY" in seaweed, a wish for every child to have a happy, safe and healthy holiday. It came with sha-cha chicken and colourful vegetables, curry tofu, tomato cabbage, organic bok choy, and a "good-fortune" radish and fishball soup.
6 月 30 日「FUN 假 HAPPY 歡樂餐」：麥片飯上用海苔排出「FUN 假 HAPPY」，祝福每位孩子暑假快樂、平安健康；搭配沙茶繽紛雞丁、咖哩豆腐、茄汁開心高麗、有機黑葉白菜，還有象徵「好彩頭」的彩頭魚丸湯。
The day before, the "Happy Energy" meal served Sicilian pork risotto, Italian scrambled egg, high-fibre bok choy, a croissant, and a slow-cooked burdock and chicken soup.
前一天的「歡樂元氣餐」則有西西里豚肉燉飯、義式炒蛋、高纖青江菜、牛角餐包，以及慢火熬煮的鮮蔬牛蒡雞湯。
