Health Promotion Cooking Award

A school lunch is more than just a meal — it's a promise a school makes to every child's health. In the Ministry of Education's 3rd Noon Star Award for school lunch menus, Erlin Elementary entered with the theme "A Taste of Erlin" and won the Health Promotion Cooking Award — recognition for years of quiet effort in campus lunches, healthy eating, and food-and-farming education.

一份午餐，不只是孩子每天的一餐，更是一所學校對孩子健康的承諾。在教育部國民及學前教育署「115年度學校午餐菜單表揚活動——第三屆午星獎」中，二林國小以「舌尖上的二林」為主題，榮獲「健康促進料理獎」！這份肯定，代表二林國小長期在校園午餐、健康飲食與食農教育上的用心。

"A Taste of Erlin" is built entirely from local specialty ingredients — red adlay, buckwheat, eggs, and grapes — turned into a menu that's nutritious, delicious, and unmistakably local: mushroom-and-red-adlay soy milk rice, red wine braised pork, steamed egg with shrimp, garlic cashew broccoli, buckwheat tea, and grapes. Every dish carries the flavor of Erlin's own soil.

二林國小此次以「舌尖上的二林」為主題，選用二林在地特色農產，將紅薏仁、蕎麥、雞蛋、葡萄等食材融入午餐設計：野菇紅薏仁豆乳飯、紅酒燉肉、鮮蝦蒸蛋、蒜香腰果花椰菜、蕎麥紅茶與葡萄。從主食到附餐，每一道料理都蘊含著二林土地的滋味。

The event also featured a special "cross-school menu exchange," where schools from across Taiwan brought their own lunch menus to share and learn from one another — different soil, different flavors, but the same hope: a healthy, delicious, and meaningful meal for every child. Special thanks go to our school nutritionist, Hong Hsiao-Wen, whose expertise and creativity shaped every ingredient choice and dish on the menu.

這次午星獎活動中，還有一項特別的交流——「跨校聯名共響菜單」，來自不同縣市的學校帶著各自設計的午餐菜單來到現場，相互交流、彼此學習。不同的土地，有不同的味道，而共同的，是大家都希望為孩子端上健康、美味又有教育意義的一餐。這份殊榮，也要特別感謝我們的營養師——洪曉文老師，從食材選擇、營養搭配到菜單設計，都是她的專業與巧思。
