Principal Chen Fu-Shun holds a master's degree from National Changhua University of Education, where his 2002 thesis examined the state of adapted physical education for students with disabilities in Taiwan's elementary schools — an early sign of the commitment to special education that has run through his career ever since.
陳福順校長畢業於國立彰化師範大學，並於 2002 年發表《國小特殊體育實施現況與意見調查研究》碩士論文——特殊教育的關懷，自此貫穿他往後的杏壇生涯。
He went on to serve as principal of Xinghua Elementary School in Erlin Township from February 2010 to January 2014, later led Zhongzheng Elementary School, and was subsequently appointed principal of Erlin Elementary School — the school he leads today. Along the way, he also served as convener of the English Language Domain for Changhua County's elementary curriculum and instruction advisory team.
他曾任彰化縣二林鎮興華國民小學校長（2010 年 2 月至 2014 年 1 月），其後接任彰化縣中正國小校長，並奉調至二林國小服務至今。任內亦曾擔任彰化縣課程教學輔導團國小組英語領域召集人。
