Tsai Kuo-chi is the principal of DongHe Elementary School. He went to school in Shetou Township, Changhua, at Shetou Elementary and Shetou Junior High, then trained as a teacher at National Pingtung Teachers College, where he also studied in the Department of Elementary Education. He later earned a master’s degree from the Graduate Institute of National Education at National Chiayi University.
蔡國吉校長求學於彰化縣社頭鄉的社頭國小、社頭國中，畢業於國立屏東師範學院普通科與初等教育學系，並取得國立嘉義大學國民教育研究所碩士學位。
Before coming to DongHe, he taught at Taihe Elementary School in Changhua City and Chaohsing Elementary School in Shetou, served in many school roles — from accounting to student discipline and general affairs — advised teachers on the county’s social studies teaching advisory team, and led Minjing Elementary School in Zhutang Township as principal.
到任東和之前，蔡校長曾任彰化市泰和國小、社頭鄉朝興國小教師，歷任會計、訓導組長、總務主任等職務，擔任彰化縣九年一貫課程社會領域教學輔導團兼任輔導員，並曾任竹塘鄉民靖國小校長。
