Welcome to Dacheng. Before arriving here in August 2025, I spent more than thirty years in Changhua and Taoyuan classrooms and principals' offices — at Minsheng and Pinghe Elementary in Changhua City, and as principal of Luoyang Elementary. Across every one of those schools, I have held to one belief: that every child carries unlimited possibility, and that our task is to open it.
歡迎來到大成。在 2025 年 8 月來到這裡之前，我在彰化與桃園的教室與校長室裡待了三十多年——彰化市民生國小、平和國小，以及螺陽國小校長任內。在每一所學校，我都守著同一個信念：每個孩子都有無限的可能，而我們的責任，就是把它打開。
I believe education is a calling in which one life moves another. That is why we treat innovation, mother tongue and English, reading, the arts, technology and whole-person growth not as extras, but as the everyday substance of a Dacheng childhood. The six principles below shape how we run this school, day to day.
