Desserts don't just soothe the taste buds — they soothe the heart, too!
Over three days, Dayuan's Food and Agriculture Education Camp brought in a professional pastry teacher to guide students through hands-on dessert-making, from learning about ingredients to creating something delicious with their own hands. Every dessert came with its own surprise and sense of accomplishment.
Across the three days, the children completed jelly flowers, jelly zongzi, donuts, baked cookies, and baked pancakes — each creation bursting with imagination and care. While waiting for the cookies to bake, the sweet smell drifting from the oven had everyone saying, "I just want one bite!" The pretty jelly flowers and the adorable jelly zongzi were so charming that the children could hardly bear to eat them, and instead took photos to remember them by.
Through food and agriculture education, the children didn't just learn dessert-making skills — they also built an appreciation for ingredients, and a love of making things by hand and sharing them with others, filling this summer with sweet, unforgettable memories.
甜點，不只療癒味蕾，更療癒心情！
為期三天的食農教育營，在外聘專業甜點老師的帶領下，孩子們親手體驗甜點製作，從認識食材到動手實作，每一道甜點都充滿驚喜與成就感。
這三天，孩子們完成了果凍花、果凍粽、甜甜圈、烤餅乾及烤鬆餅，每一樣作品都展現滿滿的創意與巧思。等待餅乾出爐時，烤箱飄出陣陣香氣，讓大家忍不住直呼：「好想先吃一口！」漂亮的果凍花、可愛的果凍粽，更讓孩子們捨不得下手，紛紛拿起來拍照留念。
透過食農教育，孩子們不僅學習甜點製作技巧，更培養珍惜食材、享受手作與分享的美好態度，讓這個暑假充滿甜蜜又難忘的回憶。
