Principal Liu Wei-Lun (Cindy) leads Dayuan Elementary School with a career that spans the classroom, school administration, and county-level curriculum leadership. She holds a doctorate in International and Comparative Education from National Chi Nan University, giving her work a strong grounding in both local practice and a wider, international view of education.
劉緯綸（Cindy）校長的教育生涯橫跨教學現場、學校行政與縣級課程領導。她擁有國立暨南國際大學國際文教與比較教育研究所博士學位，讓她的辦學視野兼具在地實務經驗與宏觀的國際教育視角。
Before coming to Dayuan, she served Changhua County as a full-time advisor in the English Advisory Group and as a Curriculum Inspector in the County Education Department — roles that placed her at the center of English-language teaching and curriculum development across the county's schools.
來到大園之前，緯綸校長曾任彰化縣英語輔導團專任輔導員，以及縣政府教育處課程督學，長期站在全縣英語教學與課程發展的第一線。
Her earlier years as a teacher, team leader, and director at Dahu Elementary, and as a director at Taiping Elementary, built the foundation for her approach to school leadership — one that values steady, hands-on experience across every level of school life.
更早之前，她曾在大湖國小擔任教師、組長、主任，並於太平國小擔任主任，這些扎實的基層歷練，也構成了她辦學領導風格的重要基礎。
