Principal Huang Hsin-Chun is a graduate of Dacun Elementary School and Yuanlin Junior High School, both in Changhua County. He went on to study in the Guidance Division at Taichung Normal Junior College, before earning a degree from the Physical Education Division of the Elementary Education Department at Taichung Normal College. He later completed a Master's degree in School Administration at the Graduate Institute of Elementary Education, Taichung Normal College (now National Taichung University of Education).
黃信君校長畢業於彰化縣大村國小、員林國中，其後就讀台中師範專科學校輔導組，並完成台中師範學院初等教育學系體育組學業，後於台中師範學院（現台中教育大學）國民教育研究所學校行政組取得碩士學位。
His career began at Dacun Elementary School in Changhua County, where he served as teacher, section chief, Director of General Affairs, and Director of Academic Affairs. He went on to serve as a Curriculum Supervisor at the Changhua County Government Education Department, before moving into school leadership as principal of Hsinmin Elementary School in Tianzhong Township (appointed in 2011) and later Jianxin Elementary School in Zhutang Township. He now serves as principal of Dashin Elementary School in Beidou Township.
校長生涯始於彰化縣大村國小，歷任教師、組長、總務主任、教務主任；其後擔任彰化縣政府教育處課程督學，並轉任學校行政首長，先後擔任田中鎮新民國小校長（2011年派任）與竹塘鄉建新國小校長，現為北斗鎮大新國小校長。
