Welcome to Dashin Elementary School! Nestled in the peaceful town of Beidou in Changhua County, Dashin is a close-knit small-school community — compact in size but full of energy, with a strong focus on helping every student grow a wide range of skills and interests.
歡迎來到彰化縣北斗鎮大新國小！我們座落於北斗的寧靜小鎮，是一所小巧而充滿活力的校園社區，儘管規模不大，卻致力於幫助每個孩子發展多元的技能與興趣。
Our students take part in a rich variety of extracurricular activities — lion dance, traditional battle drumming, unicycle riding, roller-skating, and Chinese yo-yo (kongzhu). These activities build coordination, teamwork, and self-confidence, all while having fun.
我們為學生規劃豐富多元的課外活動，包括舞獅、傳統鼓樂、獨輪車、直排輪與扯鈴。這些活動培養孩子的協調力、團隊合作與自信心，也讓學習充滿樂趣。
Bilingual education is also at the heart of what we do. Our students learn English directly from a resident foreign English teacher on campus — currently Teacher Amelia, following Teacher Amanda's two years with us — building a strong foundation in both Mandarin and English that prepares them to connect with the wider world.
除了這些活動，我們也致力於推廣雙語教育——學生跟著校內的駐校外師學習英語，現任為 Amelia 老師，接續在大新任教兩年的 Amanda 老師。以穩固的中英文基礎，為與國際接軌做好準備。

Helmets on, one wheel each — balance and speed come together on the field and the track, home to our unicycle and roller-skating clubs.
From kongzhu to basketball, Dashin's courts and clubs give every student a place to move, play, and belong.
Inside Dashin's red-roofed halls, students learn English directly from a resident foreign teacher — building bilingual confidence one lesson at a time.
