What I want to build for our children is a learning park — professional, forward-looking, and full of love and warmth. A school is not only a place where lessons are delivered; it is a place a child is glad to walk into each morning, and reluctant to leave at the end of the day.
我想為孩子經營的，是一個「專業、前瞻、充滿愛與溫暖的學習樂園」。學校不只是傳授課程的地方，更是孩子每天早上願意走進來、放學時捨不得離開的地方。
My way of working starts from one image: draw the circle of education with “the love of education” as its radius. Everything begins from there — from what our students need in order to grow, and from what our teachers need in order to teach well. Get the radius right, and the circle takes in everyone.
我的做法從一個圖像開始：以「教育愛」為半徑，畫出教育圓。凡事都從這裡出發——從學生成長所需要的、從老師教學所需要的出發。半徑對了，圓就能把每一個人都圈進來。
I care a great deal about positive leadership within the team: teamwork and honest, encouraging communication are what gather a staff’s energy and hold it together. And I believe a school works best when teachers and parents walk hand in hand — when teaching is effective in the classroom, and families are actively and positively involved in the life of the school.
我很重視團隊的正向領導：團隊合作與正向溝通，才能凝聚學校教師的向心力與能量。我也相信，一所學校要辦得好，必須親師攜手合作——重視教師的有效教學，同時積極導引家長正向參與學校校務。
Children are not the same as one another, and they should not have to be. I want us to see the individual differences in front of us and to light up every child’s limitless future — while giving Da Jah a character of its own, through varied activities and a close partnership with the village around us.

教學現場、學校行政、縣府教育處，再到校長室——一路都在彰化。
Principal Wang read business education at National Changhua University of Education and went on to a master’s in information management at Da-Yeh University. She has spent her whole career in Changhua County schools: first in the classroom, then as a director at Lushang and Baisha Elementary Schools, then as a curriculum supervisor at the Changhua County Government Education Department, and as principal of Haipu Elementary School in Lukang Township from August 2022 to July 2026. She took up her post at Da Jah in August 2026.
王校長畢業於國立彰化師範大學商業教育學系，並取得大葉大學資訊管理研究所碩士。她的教育生涯完全深耕於彰化縣：從教學現場出發，先後擔任路上國小與白沙國小主任，其後出任彰化縣政府教育處課程督學，並於 2022 年 8 月至 2026 年 7 月擔任鹿港鎮海埔國小校長。2026 年 8 月，她到任大嘉國小。

The phrase Principal Wang returns to — a learning park — is a deliberate one. A park is somewhere you go by choice; a park has room to wander; a park is looked after. Da Jah is a small school, and that is exactly what makes this possible: the paths, the trees, the pavilion and the reading corners are close enough together that a child can cross the whole of it in a few minutes, and know every part of it by heart.
王校長常用的那個詞——「學習樂園」——是刻意的。樂園是人自己想去的地方；樂園有可以閒晃的餘裕；樂園是有人在照顧的。大嘉是一所小學校，而這正是它能做到這件事的原因：步道、樹、涼亭與閱讀角彼此靠得夠近，孩子幾分鐘就能走遍全校，並且把每個角落都記在心裡。
Brick paths, clipped hedges, flowers along the lawn, a row of cypresses for shade. None of it is grand. All of it is looked after — and a child notices that long before they can put it into words.
磚砌的步道、修剪過的綠籬、草地邊的花、一排遮蔭的柏樹。沒有一樣是氣派的，但每一樣都有人在照顧——孩子早在能說出口以前，就已經感覺得到。
