Leading Beidou JHS into a new era

帶領北斗國中邁向新的里程碑

Principal Wu Bing-lien holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology Education from National Kaohsiung Normal University, a Master's degree in Physics from National Changhua University of Education (NCUE), and is currently a doctoral candidate in Financial Technology at NCUE. He completed the National Academy for Educational Research principal training program, served as a curriculum supervisor at Changhua County Government, and previously served as Director of General Affairs at Zhangxing Junior High School. Under his leadership, Beidou JHS continues to deepen the GTRS education philosophy — Gratitude, Technology, Reading, and Sports — as the north star guiding every program and classroom.

吳炳連校長擁有國立高雄師範大學工業科技教育學系學士、國立彰化師範大學物理學系碩士學位，目前攻讀國立彰化師範大學財務金融技術學系博士（準博士）。曾完成國家教育研究院校長儲訓課程、擔任彰化縣政府課程督學，並曾任彰興國中總務主任。

Principal Wu's vision combines three interlocking frameworks — the SMART approach, 三生 (Three Lives) learning, and 3C competencies — into a unified educational culture built on innovation, humanity, and global citizenship. 吳校長的辦學理念以三個相輔相成的框架為核心：SMART 目標導向、三生（生活・生產・生命）學習觀，以及 3C 能力（溝通、創造、批判思考），共同形塑北中的教育文化。

The GTRS philosophy is not a motto — it is a daily practice. From the solar-powered campus to the astronomy observatory, from food-agriculture experiments in the smart farm to reading programs that have won national recognition, GTRS shapes what learning looks like at Beidou.
