Principal Wu Bing-lien holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology Education from National Kaohsiung Normal University, a Master's degree in Physics from National Changhua University of Education (NCUE), and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Financial Technology at NCUE. He completed the National Academy for Educational Research principal training programme and previously served as a curriculum supervisor at Changhua County Government and held key administrative roles at Hemei Experimental School — including Director of Student Affairs and Director of General Affairs. He pioneered the establishment of Taiwan's first AIoT Smart Networking Education Centre and drove campus aesthetic development and special-character school initiatives. Under his leadership, Beidou JHS continues to deepen the GTRS education philosophy — Gratitude, Technology, Reading, and Sports — as the north star guiding every programme and classroom.
吳炳連校長擁有國立高雄師範大學工業科技教育學系學士、國立彰化師範大學物理學系碩士學位，目前攻讀彰師大金融科技博士。曾完成國家教育研究院校長儲訓課程、擔任彰化縣政府課程督學，並在和美實驗學校歷任訓導主任、總務主任等要職，推動校園美學、特色學校建設，創立全國第一間 AIoT 智慧聯網教育中心。
