The Program

Beidou Space Scouts

天文與太空雙語科普小尖兵培訓計畫

Space Scouts is Beidou Junior High's bilingual astronomy program. In live online lessons in our computer lab, the scouts learn space science in English with Teacher Shannon Braden from Los Angeles, USA.

After their training, the scouts become young science guides — explaining astronomy in English and Chinese to elementary school students.

「天文與太空雙語科普小尖兵培訓計畫」是北斗國中的雙語天文課程。學員在電腦教室與來自美國洛杉磯的 Shannon Braden 老師線上連線，用英文學習天文與太空知識；完成培訓後，將以中英雙語向國小學童進行科普解說，把所學分享出去。
