The Fourteenth Hand at the Gate 第十四任校長，守護土庫村的農村小學

When Principal Wang Sheng-hsien arrived at Tuku Elementary, he stepped into a school that is small in number but wide in heart — 46 students, 13 teachers, and a whole community learning together. Nestled in Tuku Village at the center of Zhutang Township, the school is surrounded by the rice paddies and wetlands beside the Zhuoshui River.

Principal Wang brings the SMART philosophy to everything he does: with sincere hands, diligent feet, a genuine heart, and words of praise, he is building a joyful, quality campus where diverse talent can bloom and every child's value is realized.

王聖賢校長來到土庫國小，接掌的是一所人數雖少、心卻很寬的學校——46 位學生、13 位老師，全校共學、全員參與。學校坐落於竹塘鄉中心的土庫村，四周是濁水溪沖積的稻田與高灘濕地。

王校長將「SMART」核心理念帶入校園，用「務實」的雙手、「勤奮」的雙腳、「真誠」的內心及「讚美」的口吻，打造一所樂學優質「心」校園，讓每位土庫囝仔的多元智慧都被看見，成就每一位孩子的價值與未來。
