Yang Kun-bin has been principal of SingHua Elementary School since the 2021–22 school year. Before coming to SingHua, he served as a curriculum supervisor in the Education Department of the Changhua County Government. Earlier still, he spent many years at Chung Hsing Elementary School, also in Erlin Township — as a classroom teacher, as head of the student activities and discipline sections, and as director of academic and student affairs.
楊坤濱校長自 110 學年度起擔任興華國小校長。到任興華之前，他擔任彰化縣政府教育處課程督學；更早之前長年服務於同在二林鎮的中興國小，歷任教師、訓育組長、訓導組長，以及教導主任。
His own studies began in art education at National Taichung Teachers College, and he later earned a master’s degree in leisure and sports management from the College of Management at Da-Yeh University.
楊校長畢業於臺中師範學院美勞教育學系，並取得大葉大學管理學院碩士班休閒與運動管理組碩士學位。
