Education, to me, is a noble calling — the work of loving and helping others — and being a principal is a calling within that calling. I hold to one plain idea: to build a high-quality campus where teachers feel secure, students are dedicated, and parents are confident.
教育是一種愛人與助人的尊貴志業，校長更是志業中的志業。我期許自己以一個具體的理念自持：營造老師安心、學生用心、家長放心的優質校園。
“We can count the seeds in an apple, but we cannot know how many apples a seed will bear.” Every child here carries that same unknown, limitless potential. I ask every one of our educators to work at nurturing every child — so that each of them finds a stage on which to shine.

A leader is the dealer of hope. An effective principal draws out a team of teachers who carry educational ideals, and draws out from a community the care and positive hopes that parents hold for their children. Only when education partners are closely joined can a school that is both happy and effective come true. 一路深耕彰化縣教育：從教學現場、學校行政、縣府教育處，到校長室。
Principal Wu trained as a mathematician at National Changhua University of Education and went on to a master's in science education there. He began as a homeroom teacher, then held a full range of administrative roles — academic affairs, counselling, guidance and general affairs — across Fangyuan, Luming and Zhangxing Junior High Schools. He served as a curriculum supervisor in the Student Affairs and Special Education Section of the Changhua County Government Education Department, and was principal of Hequn Junior High School before coming to Pusin.
吳校長為國立彰化師範大學數學系出身，並取得該校科學教育研究所碩士。他從導師起步，歷經芳苑、鹿鳴、彰興國中教務、輔導、教導、總務等完整的學校行政歷練，曾任彰化縣政府教育處學生事務與特殊教育科課程督學，並擔任和群國中校長，之後接掌埔心國中。

It is the line Principal Wu returns to most often. It is a reminder that a school's job is not to predict which children will succeed, but to make sure that every one of them is given the soil, the light and the time to find out. At Pusin that means uniting teachers, families and the wider community around a single, patient task: nurturing each child until they find the stage that is theirs.
這是吳校長最常引用的一句話。它提醒我們，學校的工作不是預測哪個孩子會成功，而是確保每一個孩子都有足夠的土壤、陽光與時間去發現自己。在埔心，這意味著把老師、家庭與社區凝聚在同一件需要耐心的事情上：培育每個孩子，直到他們找到屬於自己的舞台。
