Dr. Chun-Cheng Lin has served as principal of Mingjheng Elementary School in Shoushui Township, Changhua County, since August 2021. Holding a doctorate in education, he has also taught as an adjunct assistant professor at National Chiayi University and Central Taiwan University of Science and Technology, and has been recognized with the Ministry of Education's Reading Promotion Award and Friendly Campus Award, among other honors.
林俊成校長自民國110年8月起擔任彰化縣秀水鄉明正國小校長。校長擁有教育學博士學位，並曾於國立嘉義大學、中州科技大學兼任助理教授，先後榮獲教育部「動閱讀績優個人獎」、「友善校園績優個人獎」等多項殊榮。
