Making Tangyuan for Winter Solstice

For the Winter Solstice, students gathered in the activity-center hall to learn about this special day and how tangyuan (sweet rice balls) stand for family and togetherness.

冬至這天，學生齊聚活動中心禮堂，認識這個特別的節氣，以及湯圓象徵團圓與一家人相聚的意義。

Using glutinous rice flour, food coloring, and fillings, the principal and the students rolled tangyuan together. Everyone enjoyed the tradition and had a wonderful time.

他們用糯米粉、食用色素和內餡，校長與學生一起動手搓湯圓，在傳統習俗中度過開心的一天。
