Principal Yang Zhen-Feng brings a lifelong dedication to education to the heart of Pitou Township. Shaped by over two decades in the classroom and administration — from Wanxing to Minquan to his current post at Hosin — he leads with the conviction that school is first and foremost for the student.

His philosophy draws from Victor Hugo's vision of the boundless human soul and Friedrich Froebel's gentle reminder that education is nothing more than love and example.

楊校長在教育路上走了三十餘年,歷任教師、教學組長、教導主任、課程督學,至今主持合興國小。他相信每一位孩子都有與生俱來的氣質與能力,學校的使命是為每個孩子打造適合成長的環境,「學生主體,教學為先」是他辦學的核心信條。
