Principal Li Cheng-ying

Principal Li Cheng-ying holds a Doctorate in Education from National Taichung University of Education, with expertise in administrative leadership and curriculum & instruction. Before coming to Guosheng, he served as principal of Wende Elementary School in Fenyuan Township, and as a member of the Changhua County Nature & Life Technology Curriculum Advisory Team and the Changhua County Character Education Advisory Team.

李政穎校長畢業於國立臺中教育大學教育學系，取得博士學位，專長為行政領導與課程教學。到國聖之前，曾任彰化縣芬園鄉文德國民小學校長，並擔任彰化縣自然與生活領域輔導團員、彰化縣品德教育輔導團員。

He has also served on the documentation committee for major Changhua County elementary and junior high conferences and events, and volunteers as a counselor with the Judicial Yuan — a long-standing commitment to service beyond the school gates.

校長也曾擔任彰化縣國中小大型會議及活動文稿小組委員，並長期擔任司法院輔導志工，展現校園之外的服務熱忱。

Principal Li believes that every person is priceless, and sees his role as holding each child's hand and walking alongside them — becoming a significant figure in their lives. He emphasizes that students are the center of learning, helping each one discover their potential through multiple intelligences.

李校長相信「人人都是無價之寶」，期許自己「牽孩子手、陪孩子走」，成為孩子生命中的重要他人。他強調學生是學習的主體，透過多元智能的展現，協助每位學生發掘自己的潛能。
