Reading makes knowledge grow; good money habits make dreams come true. Fusing has opened the first Financial Literacy Love Library (理財愛的書庫) in the Fushing–Lukang–Hsiushui area — a collection of books that helps students learn to save, plan, invest wisely and spend responsibly.
Our sincere thanks go to Changhua County Magistrate Wang Huei-mei for her strong support of reading, and to Mr. Hou Chih-yuan, general manager of Hung Hsiang Furniture and a proud Fusing graduate, who made this gift possible in the name of his mother, Ms. Shih Yu-hua.
We also thank board member Chou Wen-tung and CEO Ho Hung-chun of the Taiwan Reading Culture Foundation, and Hsieh Jui-sheng of HCT Logistics, who joined us for the unveiling. The foundation planned a complete list of money-smart books, and HCT's free delivery service will carry the collection from school to school — so this library will not stay only at Fusing, but travel all over Taiwan.
In a world where money and banking can be confusing, these books help our students understand the basics, see the risks, and build healthy money habits from a young age. Because knowledge is the best investment, and reading is the steadiest compound interest of all.

誠摯感謝王惠美縣長對閱讀的高度重視，及鴻詳傢俱有限公司侯志淵總經理，也是我們福興國中的優秀校友，以其母親施玉花女士之名來玉成成立福鹿秀地區第一座理財愛的書庫這項公益善舉，幫助孩子們學習儲蓄與規劃投資，建立責任消費良好的能力及態度。
同時，也感謝台灣閱讀文化基金會周文東董事及何鴻鈞執行長，以及新竹物流彰嘉區儲備謝睿盛所長，共同見證「理財愛的書庫」揭牌啟用。基金會協助規劃完整理財書目，及新竹物流的公益巡迴運送，讓這座理財愛的書庫不只在福興國中，更流通到全國各地，知識共享。
感謝校內同仁對於閱讀業務的用心推動，以及用閱讀陪伴孩子們的成長，更讓孩子們在這個金融系統複雜的社會中，釐清觀念，理解風險，從小學會正確理財，養成責任消費。
