On April 8, 2026, our 7th-grade students embarked on a delicious journey to explore the world of hospitality! They visited Sihu Senior High School for a hands-on baking workshop to make popular Korean bread.
Under the teacher's guidance, students learned how to use professional kneading machines and practiced dividing, rounding, and shaping the dough. Everyone felt a great sense of achievement as the aroma of freshly baked bread filled the room! Besides baking, they also learned the importance of workstation organization and professional packaging. This experience provided students with a deeper understanding of the hospitality industry and made career exploration fun and tasty!

115年4月8日,本校七年級的同學們展開了一場香氣四鄰的「餐旅群適性試探」之旅!大家來到溪湖高中,化身專業烘焙師,親手挑戰製作超人氣的「韓國麵包」。
在老師的耐心指導下,同學們學習如何操作專業的揉麵機器,並練習將揉好的麵糰精準分割、滾圓與塑型。當麵糰在烤箱中慢慢膨脹、飄出陣陣焦香時,大家都充滿了成就感!除了製作甜點,大家也學習了工作台整理與包裝的職業細節。透過這次實作,不僅讓孩子們對餐旅領域有了更深認識,也讓生涯規劃的第一步變得既好玩又美味!
