Principal Lin Ya-Hui has led Dongshing Elementary School since August 2022. With 16 years as a homeroom teacher followed by roles as Guidance Director, Academic Affairs Director, and Curriculum Supervisor at the Changhua County Education Department, Principal Lin brings a rare blend of classroom experience and administrative depth to the role.
林雅慧校長自2022年8月起擔任東興國小校長。歷經16年導師資歷，並先後擔任輔導主任、教務主任、彰化縣政府教育處課程督學，林校長兼具紮實的教學現場經驗與行政歷練。
Before coming to Dongshing, Principal Lin served as principal of Changhua County Minquan Waldorf Experimental Elementary School from 2019 to 2022 — an experience that shaped a deep belief in learning that honors each child's own pace and path.
在東興之前，林校長於2019年至2022年擔任彰化縣民權華德福實驗國民小學校長，這段經歷也深化了她對「尊重每個孩子步調與方式」教育理念的信念。
Principal Lin holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Science Education from National Chiayi Teachers College, and both a Master's and a Doctorate in Science Education from National Changhua University of Education.
