Principal Wang Shun-Yi took the helm at Dingfan in August 2025 — returning to a school where the story actually began years earlier as a classroom teacher here from 2001 to 2017. In between, Principal Wang served as a curriculum supervisor at the Changhua County Education Department and led Dacheng Elementary School as principal from 2018 to 2025, building experience across teaching, curriculum, and school administration.
王舜儀校長於 2025 年 8 月接任頂番國小校長，回到這所自己曾任教多年的學校。2001 年至 2017 年，王校長曾在頂番擔任教師；其後歷任彰化縣政府教育處課程督學（2017–2018），並於 2018 年至 2025 年擔任大城國小校長，累積了教學、課程與學校行政的完整歷練。
Principal Wang holds a degree in Language Education from National Hualien Teachers College, and a Master's in PE Teaching from the Graduate Institute of Elementary Education at National Hualien University of Education — a background spanning language, physical education, and curriculum leadership.
王校長畢業於國立花蓮師範學院語文教育學系，並取得國立花蓮教育大學國民教育研究所體育教學碩士，學經歷橫跨語文、體育與課程領導。
