Let's Dribble!
I.

Today's Agenda

01

What is Dribbling?

Moving the ball with little kicks while you run.

02

Small Touches

Keep the ball close — never far from your foot.

03

Eyes Up

Look at the field, not just the ball.

04

Both Feet

Use your left and your right foot.

II.

The Ball is Your Friend

Dribbling means you move while keeping the ball close to your feet. Good dribblers use small touches — just a gentle tap, again and again. If you kick the ball too hard, it runs away. If you kick it too softly, you cannot move.

The secret? Eyes up. Beginners look down at the ball — but the best players look up at the field. They see who is open, who is coming, and where the goal is. Practice slow at first, then faster.

Also: don't only use one foot! Soccer players need to be two-footed. Today, try your left foot, then your right foot, then both. It will feel strange at first — that's normal. Smile and keep going.
