🐾 Animal Protection

On February 20, Datong invited a well-known animal-protection speaker to school. He has visited many shelters and wild places to help animals. He taught us an important idea: “Adopt, don’t shop.” This means we should give homes to animals that need them, instead of buying them. He also talked about a friendly campus where animals are safe. Most of all, he asked us to respect every life. When we are kind to animals, we make the world a better place.🔊

二月二十日，大同邀請知名的動物保護講師到校。他走訪過許多收容所與野外棲地幫助動物。他教我們一個重要的觀念：「領養代替購買」——我們應該給需要家的動物一個家，而不是用買的。他也談到友善校園，讓動物在校園裡也安全。最重要的是，他要我們尊重每一個生命。當我們善待動物，就讓世界變得更美好。
